Banking on the internet
Internet banking is one of the easiest and most popular ways to pay their credit card bills.Follow these steps, and you’ll be fine.
- Access your online banking account.
- Choose “Credit Card” as your payment method.
- Click “Transact,” then enter your credit card information.
- Select your payment method and click “Confirm” to finish the process.
NEFT
This method, which is also called National Electronics Funds Transfer, can be used to pay your credit card bill in a day. Users of NEFT can pay credit card bills for any bank’s online banking account. To use this method, users can easily move money from your bank account to their credit card account without leaving your home.
- Before you pay one’s credit card bill thru the NEFT, add your credit card as a recipient to your online account.
- To add a beneficiary, users will have to enter your credit card information, such as your credit card number, the name of the card holder, the IFSC code, the name of your bank and branch, etc.
Adding your credit card account as just a recipient to your savings account will take about 30 minutes. Once you’ve finished adding the beneficiary, proceed as follows:
- Sign in to your online bank account
- Go to “Transfer of Funds” and click.
- Locate and click “Transfer to another bank.”
- Select your credit card account and the recipient of your payment.
- Enter the requested information and accept the “Terms and Conditions.”
- Check all the information again and click “Confirm” to pay.

BillDesk is here to help. It’s a way to pay online that lets you pay your credit card bill even if you don’t have an online account. BillDesk is a service that banks offer to customers who don’t have Internet banking to make it easier for them to pay their credit card bills.
- To pay through BillDesk, go to the payment page on the website of your bank.
- Check the list to see if your bank lets you pay credit card bills through BillDesk.
- If it does, you must choose a bank.
- Enter your credit card number, email address, and the amount of your bill.
- Select the account from which you wish to make the payment.
- Click “Pay” to finish making the payment.
